First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported and ordered my masks.

Throughout 2025, I came to fully realize that running an online shop is far from easy. I am deeply grateful for the overwhelming number of orders I received—far more than I ever expected—including multiple bulk orders for various purposes such as offline events, personal filming, cosplay, and private collections. The support I received was truly more than I deserved.

However, during the latter half of 2025, the volume of orders exceeded what I could realistically manage. As I also work another job, I was unable to keep up with production and shipping using only the limited time I had at home. As a result, I caused delays and inconvenience to many of you, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

At present, there are still some orders that have not been completed. Refunds are being processed for orders where shipment tracking shows no delivery progress. While reshipping is technically possible, a significant amount of time has passed, leading to frequent issues such as address changes and returned packages. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are being prioritized.

In principle, refunds can be requested directly through PayPal. However, if you experience any difficulties, please contact me by email with the following information:
order number, full name, email address, and order date.
Please note that some previous inquiries may not have received a response. If you did not receive a reply, kindly send your inquiry again starting today, and I will respond as soon as possible.

Starting in 2026, orders will reopen under the following new conditions:

• All orders will be shipped within 7 business days after purchase

• If this timeframe is exceeded, a refund may be requested

• Price reductions and adjustments will be made based on demand

• YouTube content will continue to be uploaded from time to time
  (Squid Game is not over yet.)
