We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time

All products are handmade and made-to-order.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

International orders: Flat-rate shipping fee of $30 USD
Domestic (within South Korea): Flat-rate shipping fee of $10 USD
Shipping fees are added at checkout and include tracking.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship from South Korea.
Domestic (Korea): Delivered via local courier (1–3 business days after shipping).
International: Shipped via Korea Post.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 14 business days, depending on destination.
- Tracking number will be provided.
- Customs duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Potential Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Customs inspections
Weather or natural disasters
Carrier service interruptions
Peak season demand (e.g., holidays)

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
